Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing new‑business sales professional to drive customer acquisition for our Digital Services portfolio. This role focuses on helping large Tier 1 organisations modernise paper‑based and manual processes through digital workflows, document capture, and AI‑enabled information management.
The role is Private Sector–focused, targeting financial services, utilities/telecoms, manufacturing, and defence. You will lead complex, consultative sales engagements with C‑suite, IT, operational, and transformation leaders.
The role is home‑based with regular UK client travel and occasional overnight stays. Candidates must live within a 2‑hour commute of London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Win net‑new enterprise customers and build a sustainable pipeline
- Proactively identify opportunities through outreach, networking, and events
- Lead consultative sales cycles, uncovering operational and compliance challenges
- Run discovery sessions and workshops to define value‑led digital solutions
- Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams on proposals
What You’ll Need:
- Enterprise New Logo Sales Experience: Proven success hunting, opening, and closing complex deals
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to translate manual, paper‑heavy processes into digital transformation opportunities
- Digital Services Sales Experience: Track record selling complex outsourced solutions (managed services, SaaS, workflow automation, document management)
- Senior Stakeholder Credibility: Confident engaging CIOs, operations leaders, and transformation teams
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in at least one target sector, with awareness of regulatory and operational pressures
- Discovery & Business Case Skills: Ability to articulate productivity, cost, compliance, and resilience benefits
- Pipeline & Territory Ownership: Self‑starter with disciplined pipeline management
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Comfortable leading virtual pursuit teams
- AI & Automation Awareness: Able to explain emerging technologies in practical business terms
Preferred Experience:
- Proven success selling managed digital document or information services
- Background in digital outsourcing, BPO, workflow automation, or digitisation
- Experience in financial services, utilities/telecoms, manufacturing, or defence
