Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Cloud & Analytics) who is interested in modern cloud and analytics technologies. You will support data pipelines, cloud-based platforms, and reporting solutions that help teams make informed decisions. If you are curious and enjoy working with data in cloud and analytics environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, this role will be a great fit for you. You will report to the Manager of Data Development.
Responsibilities
- Support cloud-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Work with AWS services to help maintain and improve data workflows.
- Help with data validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of analytics pipelines.
- Contribute to data lake solutions used for reporting and analytics.
- Support reporting and visualization tools used by business partners.
- Follow best practices for source control, documentation, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as Glue, S3, Aurora, or RDS.
- 5+ years of experience working with modern data lake formats like Parquet or Apache Iceberg
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing fundamentals
- Experience using source control tools such as Bitbucket
- Exposure to reporting or analytics tools such as SSRS or Tableau
- Comfort working in Agile or DevOps-style team environments.
