About This Role
High-volume inbound sales with 50+ warm leads per month. No cold calling. No lead hunting.
Magic is a Silicon Valley-backed platform (Y Combinator + Sequoia) that connects U.S. SMBs with remote workers and virtual assistants. Our Inside Sales Executives handle the full inbound sales cycle — from the first discovery call to the signed contract. We provide the leads; you close them with professionalism and consistency.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in high-volume B2B calling, BPO sales, or SaaS sales who are ready to own a full sales cycle and earn accordingly.
What You'll Get
- 50+ warm inbound leads monthly — no cold calling, no lead generation required
- $4,500/month OTE in USD
- Work from wherever you are based — 4 hours of US Eastern/Central time overlap required
- YC + Sequoia backing — career-credibility on your CV regardless of where you work
- Progression: BDE → Senior BDE → Sales Team Lead
- Structured playbook, active sales coaching, and a team that moves fast
Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound B2B deals from the first discovery call through close and client onboarding handoff
- Run 15+ discovery calls per week with U.S. C-level and Director-level buyers
- Manage pipeline in HubSpot with precision — every deal staged, every next step set
- Work 'not now' leads with patience and creativity until the timing is right
- Collaborate remotely with Sales, Ops, and Support for smooth client onboarding
- Apply coaching fast and contribute deal insights to the broader team
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience where you personally owned the close — not SDR or BDR lead generation
- Experience in SaaS, subscription services, BPO, outsourcing, or managed services
- Comfortable handling 2–8 discovery calls per day in a high-volume inbound environment
- HubSpot or CRM experience with strong pipeline discipline
- US client experience is a plus — not required for strong English-speaking PH candidates
You Are a Strong Fit If:
- Your English is fluent and natural — C1 or C2 level
- You ask questions before pitching — consultative selling is your default mode
- You treat every lead like it cost you personally — no dropped balls
- You adapt fast when processes change and apply coaching without pushback
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1 - Prescreening questions that take under 3 minutes. Shortlisted candidates are sent a video assessment via Typeform — 3 prompts, 60–90 seconds each. No live call required at this stage.
- Stage 2 - HR validates your background.
- Stage 3 - Sales Leadership runs a mock discovery scenario and 2 rounds of interviews to see you in action.
- Stage 4 - Decision and offer within 48 hours of this stage.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You wait for a manager to set your daily priorities
- You treat 'not now' as a dead end rather than a future deal to nurture
- You blame leads, tools, or the process when results fall short
- You see CRM hygiene as optional admin work
