What this job can offer you
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics. As a senior member of our Revenue Operations team, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the strategic engine behind our growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated expert to be the primary partner to the Senior Manager of Planning and Analytics and the broader Marketing organization. You will take the lead on high-impact projects, moving beyond simple reporting to shape our global marketing strategy. From perfecting our attribution logic to quantifying the impact of brand awareness, your insights will directly dictate where we invest our next dollar.
What you bring
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in marketing analytics, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.
- Attribution Expertise: Proven track record of designing and driving attribution modeling (Multi-touch) for Marketing and other Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) streams.
- Full-Funnel Vision: Deep understanding of non-paid focus areas; experience building reporting for organic growth, brand health, and Share of Voice (SoV).
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced and confident in operating across the full technical stack from Snowflake to Dbt and BI tools.
- Stack Knowledge: Experience navigating CRM and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strategic Communication: The ability to command a room of executives, translating complex data structures into a clear narrative.
- Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Attribution Modeling: Lead the development and refinement of attribution models that capture the value of Marketing and various TOFU streams, ensuring a holistic view of the customer journey.
- Non-Paid & Brand Analytics: Establish the framework for measuring all marketing channels. Build robust reporting for Share of Voice, organic reach, and brand sentiment to balance our performance marketing focus.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Drive the annual and quarterly planning process for marketing investments, providing data-backed recommendations on budget allocation.
- LTV & Predictive Modeling: Build and maintain projected Lifetime Value (LTV) models to guide acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high-quality signals are fed back into ad platforms.
- Full-Funnel Optimisation: Analyse the B2B funnel from initial awareness to closed-won revenue, identifying friction points and white-space opportunities for the growth team.
- Data Governance & Integrity: Act as the guardian of marketing data. Partner with RevOps to ensure data flowing from HubSpot and Salesforce remains the "single source of truth."
- Mentorship & Leadership: While this role may not have initial direct reports, you will act as a technical lead, mentoring senior analysts and setting the standard for analytical excellence across the team.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is$52,600—$147,950 USD
