MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Digital Logistics Portfolio Lead to join our Digital Practice. This is a remote position and may require up to 20-25% travel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing all operational activities for our Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Program.
  • Responsible for definition of Solution Offerings (e.g., Supplier Management; Inventory Management; Forecasting, Allocation, and Replacement; Material Management; Transportation Management; and Acquisition Management) for the practice in alignment with practice, division, and overall corporate strategy.
  • Responsible for Logistics growth strategy development to include DoD Contested Logistics.
  • Responsible for customer engagement through the stages of the growth process, direct contact with Target Buyers for each Solution Offering, including key stakeholder briefings.
  • Responsible for opportunity identification/maturation/movement through gate review process and stages of capture, proposal development and closing.
  • Program Execution. Leads team of Project Managers and leverages Digital resources in executing awarded contracts with activities to include:
  • Works with external stakeholders to include platform vendors, business partners (subcontractor network), and industry forums to execute responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
  • 15+ years of relevant DoW logistics / supply chain management experience.
  • Experience with Federal capture and proposal development with a track record of successful awards.
  • Experience managing and executing Federal Logistics / Supply Chain Management programs.
  • Proven success in delivering successful outcomes on Federal Logistics organizational, business process, and/or technology transformation projects.
  • Experience managing and leading teams larger than 20 people.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in a relevant business or technical field.
  • Strong professional network within the DoD and Federal Logistics / Supply Chain Management community.
  • Experience implementing IT solutions within the DOD and other Federal Agencies. 

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

The projected compensation range for this position is $139,700.00-$250,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
